Every class is capped at 12 people max, so coaches can actually coach. You’ll get hands-on guidance, form corrections, and support that big-box gyms can’t offer.

Tower Fitness has one of the best, most inclusive fitness environments I've ever been apart of. When I first moved up to Norwalk from Brooklyn I didn't think I'd find a gym that had the same kind of welcoming energy I used to enjoy back home. When I walked into Tower Fitness during an open house event I immediately knew this was the place for me. Everyone in the community they've built is so friendly and welcoming. The classes are tough, but are scaled for anyone at any level so all can participate. The coaches are all very knowledgable and are more then happy to help you make modifications if you need them. If you're in the Norwalk or New Canaan area I couldn't recommend this gym anymore.

I absolutely love Tower Fitness. It’s a welcoming community where you get to stay fit and meet friends for life. Everyone there has been so amazing! They have classes in the mornings and evenings to accommodate everyone’s schedule. Saturdays are my favorite because we get to work in teams and my husband and I get to workout together. They also offer a bar bell club on Sundays to work on your form and measure your progress.
