Program Description
Moms, we already know you’re strong AF, but you deserve to FEEL strong in your body too. Motherhood is truly a contact sport, and we know how many demands are placed on you every day. Do something for YOU and join us for an hour of strength & conditioning suited to wherever you are in your fitness & postpartum journey. Your little one(s) are welcome to join as you work out alongside other moms who get it. Small group training, scaled to your level, with adult time, and your kiddo being (somewhat) distracted?? Win-win. Feel free to bring in bouncers, walkers, blankets – whatever you think your little one might like best. We also have a private area to breastfeed if needed.
